About the Author

My art reflects freedom as a creative force—an exploration to question, transform, and break free from societal constraints. Through movement and form, I distill experiences into tangible expressions that challenge norms and ignite new ways of thinking.

It’s not rebellion for rebellion’s sake, but a purposeful disruption to reveal creative freedom within chaos. My drawings serve as guides to inner freedom, showing that growth and change are possible without losing our humanity, inviting us to embrace curiosity, play, and a more open, compassionate world.

Got Questions? We've got answers!

How long does the journal take to complete?

You can do the One-Minute exercises and get through the whole thing in an hour. But, as there are also longer exercises and Bonus Content of: Embodiment, Transformation, Ritual Remix, Re-Connect, Chaos—See Order, and Your Road Pulse you could take your time and dig really deep into energy embodied creative civic action.

Seems like a high cost for a digital journal?

It would be if it was only the journal, but there are Two Bonuses: a 30 minute pre-recorded class taking you through all the basic dynamics of embodied abstraction (a $35 value) that you can watch again as needed, and there is a 90 Minute Live Q&A (a $75 value)...so it’s a fair deal.

Why are you the expert?

I'm not, but I've spent 32 years teaching at some of the best universities (Yale, Parsons, Columbia), painted/drawn that whole time in 22 countries, and been featured in the New York Times, PBS and Samsung among others. So I know something about abstraction from a maker's point of view.
