For A Moment
For A Moment
The Story
We had moved out of New Hampshire to Virginia when I was 12 years old - it was the first move of many where I knew I wouldn’t see these people I had come to love ever again. I cried as I waved goodbye to them from the back seat. In that moment, everything felt alive—chaotic yet purposeful, like nature itself breathing alongside you. Arriving in Virginia I remember standing at the edge of a forgotten landscape, where the undergrowth tangles in a wild, intricate dance of life? "For a Moment" captures this sensation, inviting you into the delicate balance of growth and renewal.
As you trace the twisting forms you may feel both lost and perfectly aligned. And then, there are those luminous areas at the top and bottom, softly glowing, breaking through the canopy. These are windows into what lies ahead, revealing the hidden structures that make up for the loss we may have felt - this is hope.
There’s a quiet in the balance of chaos and order—a gentle reminder of how life unfolds. In the midst of it all, clarity reveals itself, if just for a moment, a chance to return to yourself effortlessly, ready to inhabit your space - enriched.
