My art is a reflection of my belief in freedom as a creative force—a way to explore, question, and transform. I work with movement and form not to create static images, but to distill experiences into something tangible, offering a path toward liberation from societal constraints. I see each drawing as a tool to help us break free from the routines that deaden our sense of possibility, inviting us to reimagine our world and our place within it.

How are these unique?

Thomas Bosket’s drawings go beyond traditional abstraction—they are immersive, dynamic explorations of perception, energy, and personal transformation. Why are you the expert?

I'm not, but I've spent 32 years teaching at some of the best universities (Yale, Parsons, Columbia), painted/drawn that whole time in 22 countries, and been featured in the New York Times, PBS and Samsung among others. So I know something about abstraction from a maker's point of view.

How do I connect with abstraction?

Bosket’s work invites an active engagement with the viewer. In view of the youth I engage with in my civic, creative, socially oriented work I do at my nonprofit ENGN, I am committed to bringing financially accessible art to a wide range of socio-economic statuses and potentially underrepresented communities.
